Venod Sharma is tall Haryana leader. Venod Sharma has born in a Doraha town in Ludhiana district of Punjab on 10th January 1948. Venod Sharma is the son of Pandit Kedar Nath Sharma. Haryana leader completed his education from Punjab University.

Haryana leader Venod Sharma has glorious political carrier of 40 years. Venod Sharma served as the Minister of State supplies, consumer affairs and public distribution in the year 1995 in the PV Narasimha Rao government. He has been elected to the Rajya Sabha in 1992 . also served as General Secretary of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee, President of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee and a special invitee to the Congress working committee.
